REFUND & RETURN POLICY
All UVacuum™ products purchased through us come with a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since you received your product, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In order for your return to be accepted, we ask that you securely pack up the vacuum inside of its original box and include all documentation provided with it.
Please note that requests for refunds/returns are for performance issues only. Please read below for further details.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying the return postage when sending item(s) back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be posted to the same credit card that was billed. All refunds are completed within 1-2 weeks of receipt of the returned item in our warehouse.
We dot not accept returns/refunds for:
-Voltage incompatibility due to different geographical locations: Our Vacuum directly supports 220 Voltage however if needed to be uses under 110 Voltage, please connect a transformer to it.
-Noise Issues due to Operations of the Vacuum: We do not accept requests of returning/refunding the vacuum due to noise level preference.
-Length of the Cord: We do not accept returns/refunds due to preference for cord lengths.
-Custom Fees: We do not accept requests for refunds/returns due to additional custom fees you may need to pay when receiving the package. Unfortunately, these fees are set by import/export tariffs set by your own country and is something that is beyond our control.
-Shipment Origin: We do not accept requests for refunds/returns for country of origin shipping preferences. Some of our products are manufactured and shipped from our warehouse in China and is not a reason for returning the product.
-Shipment Delays: Due to unforeseen situations out of our control, shipping may take longer than usual. Please allow some time to receive your order or contact our support team for updates.
-Please allow a minimum of 65 days from the time your order has been shipped to open a dispute by contacting our customer support team. Once our logistics team has investigated your order, we'll issue you a 100% refund back to your original payment method if we determine the parcel has been lost.
-Corona Virus: We do not accept returns/refunds due to corona virus. The World Health Organization confirmed that the likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, traveled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low. -Unsuccessful Delivery: Customers are responsible for picking up their packages from their local post office and ensuring to be available for receiving the package. We are not responsible for packages being returned back to us due to repeated failed deliveries. We encourage customers to call their post office to resolve this.
-Refusal: Customers refusing to receive their packages will be responsible of covering all extra charges related to their refusal such as export charges.
Cancellations must be requested by calling our support team. Please note that we are focused on shipping your order as fast as possible, so the cancellation window is very small. Once the order reaches a certain point of the fulfillment process, we may not be able to cancel your order. But don't worry! Your order comes with a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee, so we encourage you to try the product. You can always return it if you're not happy with the purchase.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your tracking number to ensure that the item has been delivered to UVacuum™. All refunds take 1-2 weeks to process. Please note that refunds will be completed via the original payment method only.
If your product has been delivered and you have not received your refund, please contact our support team at email@example.com. Please be sure to have your tracking number handy for your inquiry.
Warranty & Exchanges
All of our items come with a one year warranty and pertain to the mechanical or electrical function of an item. Regular wear and tear of an item does not count towards the warranty. We replace items that are defective or damaged. We also replace items that have been mis-shipped or that you need to exchange due to size, color, or simply the wrong item ordered. If you need to exchange an item then please email our support team and one of our customer care representatives will happily assist you.
* If you are exchanging an item due to an incorrect order please note that a refund or charge will be processed if there is a price difference.
To return your product, please contact us through phone or email to obtain a return authorization number. Return authorization numbers assist us in expediting returns so that we can provide you with a prompt refund.

When returning any item to us we strongly suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for the cost of any items that are not delivered to our listed warehouse locations.
